Fresh Mushrooms

We have a few options when it comes to getting fresh mushrooms from us.

Dried Lion’s Mane Mushrooms:

• We offer dehydrated Lion’s Mane for $25 an ounce.

Bulk Rates:

• We offer discounted bulk rates on Oyster mushrooms at $90 a case. Every case is sold by volume averaging anywhere from 10 to 12 lbs. a case.
• We offer discounted bulk rates on Lion’s Mane mushrooms at $120 a case. Every case is sold by volume averaging anywhere from 10 to 12 lbs. a case.

Freshly Picked:

Come see us and get a basket of fresh oyster mushrooms picked straight out of the grow room! For freshly picked mushrooms seasonally grown, pickup is available Monday through Friday by appointment only. Mushroom availability may differ. Everything fresh is on a first come first serve basis as far as walk-in sales. Sadly, we no longer give tours for biosecurity reasons, however you can call 1-865-475-8545 to confirm if mushrooms are available and when you get to the warehouse your order will be freshly harvested and brought out to you in a box. Everyone is welcome in our main office lobby.

• Oyster mushrooms are sold at $20 a pound retail.
• Lion’s Mane mushrooms are sold at $30 a pound retail

If you’d like a more dedicated option, head over to our CSA-Community Supported Agriculture page! You can purchase ahead and we’ll grow mushrooms specifically for you. You’ll get 4 weeks worth totaling 2.5 pounds per week. It’s a great option for family shares, or for those who love mushrooms and would like to share with a friend.
