Contaminated cultures

2 of the cultures I received showed contamination when tested on agar. Kings and turtlesong. I’ve tried contacting mossy creek but no response. I want to like this company and support them. It’s exciting to see more strains brought from the wild. But it’s hard to be a repeat customer when you feel like you just flushed money and time down the drain.
