- Maple Arch presents as a cream to white oyster, with a soft buff coloring in the middle of the cap that fades with maturity. The average yield is 2.68 lbs. for its first flush.
- The caps on this oyster are hardy and DO NOT tear easily, making it VERY suitable for packing, not to mention this strain is a DREAM to harvest!
- This MCM Original strain has additionally proven itself ‘tried and true’ by fruiting throughout our East Tennessee spring temperature swings, earning our stamp of approval!
