Lion’s Pride Liquid Culture

I have tried reaching out to get this fixed, but I haven't heard back from mossy creek. The syringe I received is so dirty. I have been transferring from plate to plate trying to clean it up. Never had this happen from Lenny, so go there and get your cultures.

These guys are great, and share lots of information for anyone willing to learn so I still give the 4 stars for sure, but this particular culture was heavily contaminated with bacteria. I was able to isolate the mycelium easy enough though and look forward to seeing what fruit this provides!

The logistics are excellent, but for some reason the LQ came with bacterial infections. for the first time in so many orders i got contamination. trying to clean it up now. i am sure it is not me because i inoculate 2 jars with LC and 2 agar plates at the same time. all from the same syringe. all 4 are contaminated.

I got a a bunch of cultures and the yellow oyster, lions pride and one other oyster look too be contaminated with bacteria. I exapanded into more liquid culture and then put them on millet. No growth. The chestnut and yellow enoki are running really good. I produce around 1200 8lb blocks a week and been in production for 4 years so my sterile technique is good to go.

was shipped quickly it came damaged but still functional
was not like the normal lc I get from mossy it came tinted and very little growth inside
